Yerli Primary Care is in network with Original Medicare Part B. For everyone else we are a self-pay practice: we are not in network with any commercial insurance plan, or with Medicaid.

Visit fees

If you are paying for yourself, payment is due at the time of scheduling, and booking online takes you straight to it. Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund; later than that, the late cancellation fee applies.

Insurance

For patients with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed receipt or superbill that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

Patients may use HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses.

Outside services and laboratory testing

Please note that laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, specialist visits, and other outside services are billed separately by those facilities and are not included in the visit fee.

We work with Labcorp for laboratory testing. Before completing any lab work, please confirm directly with your insurance company that Labcorp is in network under your plan.
